Constructed with Essix ACE® polymer material. The upper retainer consists of a horseshoe design from mid second molar to mid second molar. Minor corrections can be accomplished at a maximum of one tooth per quadrant.

These appliance can be used for bruxing patients or can be used as a base onto which acrylic can be added for other splint designs.
