DELIVERY SCHEDULE

On-time delivery is crucial for any practice to run smoothly. We respectfully request a due date on each prescription and suggest this date be one day prior to the actual appointment date. We appreciate advance notice for all RUSH cases and add no surcharge except an overnight delivery fee if required. We understand the occasional instances where an appliance is needed quickly for a patient, however if frequent rushes are requested, there will be an additional charge. Please call ahead in regards to rush cases.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Parklund underwrites part of the complete shipping and handling costs on appliances. We charge $9.00 for receipt and delivery of each box. We supply Postage Paid First Class Mailing Labels for your convenience, and use UPS as our primary carrier when returning cases.

BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICY

Parklund sends a monthly billing statement. You’ll receive a statement from us by the 1st of each month. Our policy is Net 30 Days from receipt of the statement. A carrying charge of 1.5% per month is applied to outstanding account balances over 30 Days. We happily accept Mastercard and Visa.

APPLIANCE REPAIR

Parklund guarantees appliances against breakage not attributed to patient abuse. We’ll repair or replace any appliance that breaks with normal wear or is defective within 60 Days of fabrication. Simply return the broken appliance along with a current set of models for our repair service.
